Where are you located?

1146 Harrison Avenue in downtown Panama City, FL 32401.

What are your hours?

Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm. We're closed Sunday and Monday.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in anytime we're open. If you're shopping for an engagement ring or starting a custom piece, call ahead at 850-787-8711 and we'll set aside time just for you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through Synchrony, subject to credit approval. Apply online here or learn more about financing.

Do you clean jewelry for free?

Yes. Cleaning and inspections are always free, whether or not you bought the piece from us.

Are repairs done in house?

Yes. We have a master bench jeweler on site, so repairs, sizing and stone setting are done right here in the store.

Can you repair jewelry I didn't buy from you?

Yes. Bring it in and we'll give you a free estimate before any work starts.

Do you buy jewelry?

We do! Bring in gold, diamonds or pieces you don't wear anymore and we'll take a look.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes. Our team is AWCI certified and handles batteries, bands and watch repairs in the store.

Do you do appraisals?

Yes. We provide insurance appraisals through our GIA certified team.

Can you make something I've only seen in a photo?

We can make it! Bring a photo, a sketch or just the idea. We'll design it with you and build it in house.

Can you make a custom engagement ring?

Yes. We design it with you, show it to you in 3D, let you hold a wax model, then build it. Here's how it works.

Can you reset my grandmother's diamond?

Absolutely. Heirloom redesigns are some of our favorite projects. Bring the piece in for a free consultation.
